Banquet tickets may not be returned or refunded.  Other products may be returned if they are in original packaging and are not damaged in any way.  Before a product may be returned for a refund you must request a Return Authorization (RA) number by e-mailing  returns@lakewanwtf.org.   Please state the reason why you are returning the product.
